THE CITRUS: **IF IT'S UP, IT'S AVAILABLE. AVAILABLE ALL MONTHS EXCEPT JANUARY.** One of the most stunning locations on the 8th fairway in The Citrus Club, with full mountain views! This fully renovated south-facing home with pool and casita will take your breath away. The entryway courtyard is stunning, with gorgeous landscaping, a firepit, and trickling fountain. Enter the 3 bed/4 bath home through a custom-designed solid wood door (all interior doors have been replaced with stained solid wood doors), to be greeted by a relaxed and sophisticated Santa Barbara interior. The first thing to grab your attention will be the stunning fairway and mountain views, which dominate the living spaces. The enlarged kitchen is a cook's dream, featuring Viking Appliances: 6 burner gas range, ovens, dishwasher, granite counters and walk-in pantry. The master and guest bedroom have hand-sculpted hardwood floors, as does the casita. The bathrooms have been updated with beautiful stone. The pool has been remodeled with Mediterranean tile. Guests will love the separate-access casita. The patio features a cool and shady dining area, as well as built-in barbecue. The setting is truly beautiful and totally quiet, on an interior street with green space and no homes directly across the street (no traffic noise). This really is paradise!!
